Return and Refund Policy

If it is a mistake on our part, we will give you a full refund.  We make every effort to get your order to you in an undamaged condition.  However, we are not responsible for postal or shipping damage once your order leaves our hands.  If there is shipping damage, open the package at the pick up point and have the postal or carrier service check it and stamp it "Damaged upon receipt".  If we did not package it correctly, we will replace your order free of charge, including shipping.
